This API is used to deactivate a user. Calling this API will delete the user’s KYC information and unlink the OSL Pay userId from the merchant’s merchantUserId.
For users registered via Token-share, the KYC information stored on Sumsub will be reset.
Reopening an account with the same email will return the same OSL Pay userId as before deactivation.
